Pork Chops In Dill Sauce
3 Tablespoons oil
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup plus 1 Tablespoon flour
1 small clove garlic-crushed
2 tablespoons paprika
4-5 pork chops
2 Tablespoons dill weed
½ cup onion
1 cup chicken broth
Heat oil in skillet, season pork chops with salt and pepper, coat with flour and brown on both sides. Transfer chops to a baking dish. Mix all the rest of the ingredients, put over the chops. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Chicken breasts may be substituted for the porkchops.
